NOAH: NEIGHBORHOOD OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING

NOAH, a community development corporation, promotes equity, community cohesion, environmental justice, and economic resiliency. We increase access to affordable housing, create social and economic opportunities, and empower residents to be leaders of change. NOAH works towards achieving the National Housing Goal of "a decent home and suitable living environment" for as many individuals and families in need as it can, both locally and regionally.

Feature Projects

Affordable and Market Rate

Located at 99-101 Border Street, Coppersmith Village is replacing vacant industrial buildings and revitalizing an entire city block. It offers a mix of 56 affordable and market-rate apartments. There are also 15 for-sale townhomes, of which 8 are affordable. Additionally, there's a 3,000 square foot ground floor retail/restaurant space that is still available for lease.
