CITC: Community Investment Tax Credits

NOAH was awarded $300,000 in 2024 50% CITCs. For its CITCs, NOAH is looking for donors who'd like to more-than-double the impact of their donation dollars! CITC donors can invest in NOAH’s work, providing flexible working capital that can be used to support current or new programs, fill funding gaps and leverage other resources. If the donor does not have sufficient tax liability, the credit is refundable, and the Commonwealth will issue a check for the balance of the credit to the donor. The minimum CITC donation each year is $1,000.
