Director of Homebuyer Services
Diana Franco has been a dedicated member of the NOAH team since 2004. Born in Medellín, Colombia, and raised between East Boston and West Roxbury, Diana's career has spanned various sectors, including her early work as a Liaison Agent for the City of Boston Police Department and as a Loan Officer at Citizens Bank and a Realtor.
At NOAH, she began as the Program Director of the Maverick Hope VI program, helping low- and middle-income families purchase their first homes. In 2010, she was promoted to Director of the Homeownership Services Department, where she now oversees First-Time Homebuyer, Financial Capability, and Foreclosure Prevention programs, and is also a HUD Certified Housing Counselor.
Diana finds great fulfillment in her work, saying, “I find great joy in helping our clients not only secure their homes but also gain financial skills and help them prevent foreclosure.”
