NOAH is partnering with The Neighborhood Corporation (TNC), a non-profit in Taunton, to redevelop a former shoe mill at 151 Pierce Street in Middleborough, MA. A certificate of occupancy was issued in June 2016. The historic rehab has resulted in 25 units of affordable family housing with a mix of 4 one-bedroom units, 18 two-bedrooms and 3 three-bedroom units.
