Helping Seniors Stay Safe and Warm at Home

Through our collaboration with the City of Boston, NOAH is currently receiving applications from homeowners who need moderate rehabilitation work or heating system replacements.

For many seniors and low-income homeowners, essential home repairs can feel financially overwhelming. Necessary improvements such as roof repairs, porch replacements, window upgrades, or heating system replacements are critical to maintaining a safe and comfortable home — especially during Boston’s cold winters.

Moderate Rehabilitation Assistance

Homeowners who require moderate rehabilitation work may qualify for assistance to address important repairs that improve safety and livability. These may include structural improvements, exterior repairs, or other essential upgrades that allow residents to remain safely in their homes.

Heating System Replacement

If your heating system is outdated, inefficient, or no longer functioning properly, support may be available to help replace it. A reliable heating system is essential for health and safety, particularly for seniors during winter months.

Who May Qualify

Eligibility requirements may include age, income limits, property ownership, and location within specific Boston neighborhoods.

We encourage homeowners who believe they may qualify to apply and learn more about the available assistance.
