Struggling Homeowners:
You may be eligible for up to $50,000 in mortgage assistance!

HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) has created the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP) to assist homeowners who are at least 90 days late on their mortgage, who are also unemployed or working fewer hours because of the economy or a medical condition.

Don’t miss out; contact NOAH today at 617-418-8263 or to find out if you qualify! The deadline to apply is July 22, 2011.

More: The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act provided $1 billion to the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development to implement the Emergency Homeowners’ Loan Program (EHLP). This HUD program is being administered by NeighborWorks America. NOAH is a NeighborWorks America chartered organization.

This program is designed to provide mortgage payment relief to eligible homeowners experiencing a drop in income of at least 15 percent, directly resulting from involuntary unemployment or underemployment due to adverse economic conditions and/or a medical emergency. The mortgage relief covers past-due mortgage payments, as well as a portion of the homeowner’s mortgage payment for up to 24 months, up to $50,000. Other EHLP requirements must be met to be eligible.
