NOAH offers a Citizens' Housing and Planning Association (CHAPA) certified online version of our first-time homebuyer course for Massachusetts residents. This is offered in both English and Spanish. This class consists of 7 modules, each with its own quiz that must be passed with a score of 80% or above. Once completed you must schedule a virtual exit interview with Diana Franco.
The course costs $75 per-person & an additional $25 per-person for the in-person exit interview. Please note: This fee is nonrefundable.
